Pahami dengan jelas detail event berikut:
■ Preparing for the Event:
• Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship Qualifier 2024 Indonesia tournament will be using Advanced Constructed format events, using the latest Forbidden & Limited Cards List and card pool until CREATION PACK 04, where Duelist can only use Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG English edition for Asia cards.
• Duelists can NOT use the following card format: OCG Japanese, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and Korean, also TCG English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, and German.
• Limit Regulation
o The latest Forbidden and Limited List (January 2024) can be found at: https://konami.jp/4akRcNN
o Card pool for this tournament is until Creation Pack 04 English Edition for Asia. Cards from Structure Deck: Salamangreat Sanctum can NOT be used in this tournament.
• Items required for the Tournament
o Neuron Apps installed and running
o Printout Deck List

o Image file of Neuron Deck List (via “Share Deck” button)
• Deck Construction
o Main Deck, consisting of a minimum of 40 cards, and a maximum of 60 cards.
o Extra Deck (optional), consisting of 15 or less "Fusion Monster Cards", "Synchro Monster Cards", "Xyz Monster Cards" and/or "Link Monster Cards".
o Side Deck (optional), consisting of 15 or fewer cards. Duelists may include "Fusion Monster Cards", "Synchro Monster Cards", "Xyz Monster Cards" and/or "Link Monster Cards" in their Side Deck.
• Deck List
o Deck List with print out and Neuron deck image will be collected during re-registration in the event venue.
o Duelists are responsible for registering a legal deck list and playing with a legal deck.
o Illegal Deck List and/or illegal Deck may be subjected to penalties.
o Deck List must be completed with all contents of your deck (Including Main, Side and Extra deck).
o Deck List must be written using the correct Card Name written on the Cards (E.g. "Dark Magician").

o Deck List with Neuron deck image can be created using Neuron App (Neuron apps can be downloaded at http://konami.jp/3z4IXBy)
• Materials for tracking Life Points
o Pen and paper.
o A calculator (optional), may be used, but Life Points MUST still be tracked with pen and paper.
o Coin, Dice, Tokens, Counters, and Field Center card may be required.
o Duelists are required to bring sufficient coins, dice, tokens, and/or counters if they are running cards whose effects require the usage of such items.
• Duelists may only use official Yu-Gi-Oh! tokens or Non-Yu-Gi-Oh! cards as their tokens.
• Duelists may only use official Yu-Gi-Oh! Field Center cards or Non-Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards as their Field Center cards.
• Duelists may sleeve their Tokens and Field Center, but they must be of a different design from the Main Deck, Side Deck, and Extra Deck.
• Card Sleeves/Card Protectors and Duel Fields/Playmats
o Only official Konami Yu-Gi-Oh! card sleeves and clear card sleeves are allowed.
o Only official Konami Yu-Gi-Oh! playmats are allowed.
o Duelists may use up to 3 layers of sleeve/protector, but only 1 layer is with image, the other layer must be clear.
o Main Deck and Side Deck must be sleeved in identical design. Any "Fusion Monster Cards", "Synchro Monster Cards", "Xyz Monster Cards" and/or "Link Monster Cards" in the Side Deck are to be sleeved in identical design as the other Side Deck cards. If you side deck that particular card, you DO NOT change the sleeves. If the Main Deck is double-sleeved, then the Side Deck must also be double-sleeved.
o Extra Deck must be sleeved in a design different from the Main Deck and Side Deck.
o Duelists must have only one card in each sleeve. Duelists may not have anything but that card in the sleeve.
o Any sleeves with noticeable patterns or wear may be subjected to penalties.
• Duelists must NOT use proxy or counterfeit cards.
• Tournament Rules
o Rule Enforcement
o The Judge is the final judicial authority and has the final decision on any rulings or penalties during the tournament.
o Duelists are required to follow the official instructions announced by a Judge or Tournament Organizer. Refusal to follow official instructions will be penalized as Unsporting Conduct.
• Tournament Violations
o Duelists in violation of any tournament rules or policy may be subjected to penalties.
o Cheating, Collusion, Bribery, Wagering, and Unsporting Conduct will not be tolerated. Any duelists found in violation may be subjected to penalties or even disqualified.
• Time Limit Rules
o The time limit for each match will be 40 minutes + 10 Minutes Extra Time.
• Changes can be made to the event depending on local regulations. Please look out for announcements from JPB International Limited Indonesia.
• JPB International Limited Indonesia reserves the rights to make any changes with regards to the event at any point of time without notice.
• JPB International Limited Indonesia reserves the rights to take any photos related to the event for marketing purposes such as photos of players, deck-lists, etc.
■ Tournament Etiquette:
To maintain fair play and an enjoyable duelling environment, rules will be enforced for official tournaments and events. Failure to abide by these rules will result in penalties, which depending on severity may result in offenders being banned from the event.
General Misconduct & Rule Violations
The following list are examples of what is considered inappropriate behaviour and misconduct:
• Not arriving at the designated venue on time.
• Malicious harassment of fellow duelists and opponents.
• Spending an excessive amount of time on a turn. Players caught doing this may result in penalties.
• Spending an excessive amount of time shuffling and/or swapping cards between decks.
• Changing the contents of your deck(s) such that they differ from the submitted Deck List.
• Looking at card faces while shuffling/cutting decks (even your own).
• Intentional misinterpretation of card effects.
• Lying about your current LP, or the number of cards in your hand during a duel.
• Unless part of a card effect, playing any cards that have been removed from play earlier in the duel.
• Talking and/or exchanging advice/information with other duelists, spectators, or other third parties during a duel.
• Using cards, card protectors, or card sleeves that have distinctive markings on them.
• Placing objects other than the card into card sleeves.
• Deliberate marking of cards and/or card protectors during a duel.
• Having any "Forbidden" cards, and/or more than the maximum number of limited/semi-limited cards in your deck.
• Having any decks with cards below or higher than the lower and upper limits.
• Placing unnecessary objects on the Duel Field.
■ Things to pay attention to during a tournament:
• If any questions arise during a duel, or if any disputes arise in regards to rules/instructions, the judge on duty will have the final say on the matter. All duelists involved are required to follow the instructions given.
• Any actions caused by genuine misunderstandings of the rules and/or card effects which don't disrupt the flow of the game will be negated by the judge; no turn rollbacks or recalculations are allowed for these issues in a duel.
• Judges will not settle disputes and/or complaints which take place after a match.
• During the duel, all actions taken by either duelist must be made clear and acknowledged by both sides.
• Though an average of 3 minutes may be spent on each turn, excessive time should not be spent to allow the tournament to proceed properly. Any duelists caught taking too long (or intentionally stalling for time) may be penalized.
■ Time-Related Etiquette
• Any behaviours or actions that result in a delay of the duel/event may result in penalties towards the offender(s).
• If the duelist acts in such a way which causes unreasonable stalling for time unintentional or otherwise), the referee will first issue a 'warning'.
• Should the duelist continue to act in this manner, more serious penalties may be issued.
• If you suspect someone of acting in such a way, please notify a nearby referee.
■ During the event, Duelists are liable for penalties if they exhibit inappropriate or malicious behaviour.
Common rules to follow include (but not limited to):
• Obey any rules/policies of the tournament venue, or any special rules of the tournament itself.
• Do not bring food and drink, or smoke in the tournament venue (except in designated areas, if any).
• Do not leave the venue without permission; if necessary to leave, please request permission from both a staff member and your opponent first.
• Do not touch your opponent's cards without his/her permission.
• Always aim for a fair duel, and for its smooth progression.
• Do not play in such a way that would be discomforting to your opponent.
• At the end of a duel, always check that your deck(s) are the same as when you have started (number of cards, card types, etc.).
